It is a sturdy piece, and was easy to put together. It is not real wood, but it is textured to feel like it, and no one will tell the difference. Got a 55” on it with pleanty of room to spare. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because the product is advertised as ”wood.” The material is MDF and laminate, not a hardwood like I was expecting. It has the appearance of wood and looks decent enough, but when you touch it you can tell it is a cheaper material. This probably seems petty considering the price, but I just wanted other people to be aware. It seems sturdy so far, but I am not sure how well it will hold up to normal wear and tear because I just got it.,
